Who is this service for?
English-speaking residents, business visitors and other visitors who need practical help with a hospital visit in Shenzhen. You can also contact me before travelling from a nearby city or from overseas.
Can you help arrange a hospital appointment?
Yes. I can help communicate appointment requests and coordinate practical arrangements with your chosen hospital. Availability, department suitability and appointment acceptance are confirmed by the hospital; a particular doctor or slot cannot be guaranteed.
Can you accompany me during my visit?
Yes, subject to my availability and hospital access rules. We agree the meeting point, timing, duration and support before booking. Waiting times depend on the hospital.
What kind of English support do you provide?
I help with practical communication about appointments, check-in, directions, documents and payment arrangements. This is not certified medical interpretation. For clinical discussions or consent, we need to confirm suitable support with the hospital or a qualified professional.
How is the service fee confirmed?
After we discuss your visit, I confirm the scope, duration and fee in writing before you book. Any additional time or services require a separate agreement. There is no payment collected on this website.
Are hospital fees included?
No. Consultation, examination, medication and other hospital charges are separate and paid directly to the hospital. Transport and other outside costs are also separate unless explicitly included in our agreement.
Do you provide medical advice?
No. I provide independent, non-medical coordination and accompaniment. Diagnosis, tests, medication, treatment and clinical decisions are the responsibility of your chosen hospital and its healthcare professionals. This is not an emergency service.
What information should I send first?
Send your preferred date, the hospital if you have one in mind, and whether you need preparation, accompaniment or are not sure yet. You do not need to send medical records, passport copies or detailed health information for a first conversation.
